YES was founded with the objective of combining strong industrial experience with structured engineering methods and modern tools. The team has worked across HT/LT systems, MCC/IMCC panels, drives, control systems and plant energy optimisation.

Rather than just producing drawings or reports, YES focuses on solutions that can be implemented on site – with clear logic, practical wiring concepts and adherence to IE Rules, IS and IEC standards.

Experience & Credentials

14+ years hands-on industrial electrical experience.
Senior advisory support with 40+ years experience up to 132 kV systems.
AP Govt CEIG – Electrical Supervisor License (up to 11 kV).
Exposure to MCC, PCC, IMCC, drives, PLCs, EMS and plant electrical systems.
Experience with industrial standards, audits and approvals.
This combination of licensing, senior guidance and field work ensures that designs and recommendations from YES are both technically sound and practically executable
